i love that effect!

i tried to do that masking thing in an animation im working on, but the way i was trying to do it became way too complicated, so i scrapped it. im glad you got it to work, because it looks great!

hard to say

theres some nice animation going on there, but as it stands, its just feels very static. the same effect could have been gotten with 4 or 5 gif images.
if you had them doing something such as having the robot run across the page by itself and transition to the black beast thing by having the leaves blow by (etc) it would seem alot more dynamic and more like an animation than just a collection of movie clips.

you have skills no doubt, but i feel like it should be more "together" to be appreciated.

its good to be playing these again. especially since my mac cant run them as a standalone. also, i just nostalgia-ed all over myself. it felt good.
